Returns and Exchanges

Returns for damaged or incorrect product must be made within 30 days of receipt. The reason for the return must be reported to Customer Service and a call tag will be issued for freight. Product must have all of the original packaging and tags. Credit will be issued once product is returned to our warehouse and inspected.

If a wrong size or color is ordered, it is the Customer’s responsibility to return the product at his own cost. For quickest replacement, customer should report the issue to customer service and request a Return Merchandise Authorization number to reference on the package. Credit will not be issued if the product appears to have been worn or damaged. Customer should also place a new order for the correct product online or with Customer Service.
